Jack Galindo
is a native of Hollywood, CA. Born on Sunset Blvd in 1965, Jack took to photography as soon as he was able to get his hands on his first point
and shoot camera. Throughout his childhood, Jack always had an
appreciation for his gritty Hollywood surroundings. He became familiar
with many of the world's cultures merely by attending public schools in
the city that's glamorous reputation drew families from around the globe. His father's
artistic expression and influence made it clear that Jack's life would
be centered upon his passion for art and music. After high school,
Jack attended Los Angeles City College where he discovered the technical
side of traditional photography. It was at the California State University
of Los Angeles where he earned his K-12 teaching credential.
Jack is now a full-time teacher and a part-time photographer. He lives in Glendale with his wife Zohreh.
